	Russell Garner: Russell Garner is owner of South Coast Real Estate Investments and has been a licensed broker with the California Department Of Real Estate since 1982 and is a Graduate of Cal State Fullerton (BA ,MBA) and accompanying Post Grad training at USC in RE. An expert in the location, evaluation and liquidation of distressed / undervalued properties such as REO, Short Sales, Mr. Garner has cultivated business relationships over the years that provide unique opportunities for his clients. Mr. Garner has assisted his clients amass large RE portfolios over the years and enjoys a tremendous amount of repeat and referral business. Known for his ethical and diligent business practices, Mr. Garner prides himself on providing a unique service to all his clients and enjoys assisting them in locating and securing the perfect property for their investment goals. Mr. Garner lives in Laguna Beach in an REO property that he purchased from one of the aforementioned strategic alliance partners he works with.
